Step 1
We’ll have a complimentary conversation to get to know each other and go over preliminary details such as your travel style, budget, preferred travel dates, group size, and your needs and wants. We’ll decide if we’re a good fit.
Step 2
We get to work for you, designing one to two suggested itineraries based on our extensive research and expertise. Then we’ll refine the itinerary you choose until it’s perfect. You’ll receive detailed, enticing electronic itineraries that will restore the joy and exhilaration to the trip planning process.
Step 3
At this point, we book all the vacation elements and sprinkle in some extra special touches that add up to a truly memorable escape. We’ll be in touch between this phase and travel time with trip preparation suggestions, destination information, and reading recommendations to get you both excited and relaxed about your trip.
About our fees
Creating a custom vacation takes expertise and careful planning. We manage all of the details so you can sit back and relax, and dream about your upcoming trip. We do the research, sift through reviews, consult with travel industry partners, and plan out and coordinate all the details. We present you with a proposal that includes all the necessary pieces, such as flights, accommodations, ground transfers, day tours, activities, restaurant recommendations, information about visa requirements, and insurance.
We also help you navigate and understand the Covid19 protocols for your trip. We handle and review your final itinerary, travel documents, reservations, tickets, and in-country travel office contacts. We keep you informed of any changes and make sure you have a way to contact us while traveling if needed.
Our research and planning fee is our commitment to working for you and making sure everything is done the right way, at the right time. It allows us to personalize your experience from your departure to your return home. Not only will you have the vacation you dreamed of, but you’ll be protected and looked after throughout.
Fees:
I charge a one-time, non-refundable professional travel planning fee of $300 per booking to do all of the above work for you. More complex or extensive itineraries may require additional services and charges, which would be discussed with you in advance.
Retreat and group planning
For custom destination retreats and group experiences designed for you and your guests, fees depend on the amount and type of work I do for you. I’ll be happy to provide a quote and a breakdown.
